Jacqueline Sparkes - In Memoriam
Daphne Hewitt (née Guy) has infomed us that Jacqueline died peacefully some time last year.
Jacqueline, who was at Chailey from 1948 to 1954, lived in Australia for some years, possibly
to help with her rheumatoid arthritis. She returned to the UK with her husband and had a
picture framing shop in Westward Ho, Devon. After her husband died she lived with her
daughter who became her carer. Daphne knew she had a very loving family.
